Watch out for pickpockets!
A pickpocket is up to mischief in Bad Zurzach. In the past three days, two pickpocketings have been reported to Bad Zurzach Tourismus AG. The latest theft happened yesterday afternoon in the Therme restaurant, where a woman’s handbag was stolen. The woman who was robbed says that her soup had tipped over shortly before. When she went to get a rag to clean up, the thief used this brief absence to steal the handbag hanging from the chair. The theft thus resembles 1:1 the pattern he used for the first theft, which happened three days ago at 10 o’clock in the morning. The thief took advantage of the target’s brief absence to steal a bag, rucksack or – as yesterday – a handbag.
